![]() This is systematic within Microsoft Support online. Another case has to be opened, you might get lucky to speak to someone however, the manipulation in conversation is draining, after wasting your time, with no resolution, you are asked to raise another case. Then the case is marked as “Issue Resolved” - when you have not even said a word. When calls drop, no attempt is made to connect again, apparently Columbia do not have the facility to call back. What I am experiencing is unbelievable and deliberate misconduct from Microsoft Support teams in the Philippines, India, Columbia, etc. I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to get help from Microsoft Support regarding OneDrive. Microsoft support, the support so bad that if your computer is not broken they will destroy it for you. I also noticed my recycle bin had stuff in it so checked and found his attempt to cover what he did. It completely screwed up chrome so I ran a system scan and found them. I disconnected him as soon as he showed me where the onedrive was though so he didn't get to cover his tracks in time. he also installed trojan viruses onto my computer and tried to delete the proof that he'd done it. The tech linked to my computer and showed me how to disconnect onedrive from my computer so it would stop messing up my files (part of microsofts extortion is to literally prevent you from using your own files on your own computer), then he showed me where to go to empty my onedrive out. ![]() that alone took a couple hours to figure out how to actually get connected to one. Also I couldn't get into onedrive because it kept running me in circles so I contacted support. It is straight extortion since the tools to fix the problem are purposefully bad to the point it takes Hours to fix. I had an issue with onedrive being full and microsoft was holding my outlook hostage until I gave them money or figured out how to get it and outlooks gig's low enough. Microsoft Download Manager is free and available for download now.Wish I could go into negative, considering their support slipped at least 3 trojan viruses onto my computer and tried to ruin it I really feel a negative score is fair. It also allows you to suspend active downloads and resume downloads that have failed. It gives you the ability to download multiple files at one time and download large files quickly and reliably. The Microsoft Download Manager solves these potential problems. ![]() You might not be able to pause the active downloads or resume downloads that have failed.Files larger than 1 GB may take much longer to download and might not download correctly.(You would have the opportunity to download individual files on the "Thank you for downloading" page after completing your download.) In this case, you will have to download the files individually. You may not be able to download multiple files at the same time.If you do not have a download manager installed, and still want to download the file(s) you've chosen, please note: Stand-alone download managers also are available, including the Microsoft Download Manager. Many web browsers, such as Internet Explorer 9, include a download manager. Generally, a download manager enables downloading of large files or multiples files in one session. ![]()
